A Fremont HVAC company, run the way a good neighbor would run it
ComfortFlow HVAC is a heating and cooling company based at 4127 Bay Street in Fremont. We work on the homes our neighbors live in: older houses in Niles and Centerville, family homes in Mission San Jose, newer builds in Warm Springs and Ardenwood.
When you call, you reach our office, not a call center. The technician who comes to your door works for us, explains what they find in plain language, and gives you the price before any work starts. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we'll tell you.
What we work on
Most of our week is AC repair and furnace repair on the systems Fremont homes already have: 80% gas furnaces in garages and hall closets, split air conditioners on side yards, the occasional wall or floor furnace in an older Niles or Irvington house. The rest is replacement work, and more of it every year is electric: heat pumps, ductless mini-splits for ADUs and garage conversions, and heat pump water heaters.
Every replacement is permitted with the city it is in, tested to California energy code, and explained in writing before you sign. We service all major equipment brands and will tell you plainly when a repair is the better value.
